We ship all packages via USPS within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of the order (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that orders may take 1-2 business days to ship during sale periods. We charge a flat fee of USD 8 on domestic orders. International shipping rates vary.

RETURNS POLICY

All Secret Ceres orders are final sale. We do not provide exchanges or process refunds for Secret Ceres as it is an intimate hygiene product.

WHAT IF MY SECRET CERES ARRIVED CRACKED OR BROKEN?

You can put it back together. Wet both pieces with lukewarm water and press the pieces together. Smudge the seam with your fingers as if you were modeling clay until the elements fuse back together. Place the The Secret Ceres upright into a tall empty glass to allow it to dry in place overnight. It should be sufficiently set by morning, and you may use it again. After a repair, handle it with extra care.
