We ship all packages via USPS within 2-3 business days of receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that during sale periods orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to ship.

We charge a flat fee of $8 USD on domestic orders. International shipping rates vary.

The Secret Ceres

is an intimate hygiene product and therefore we are unable to provide exchanges or process refunds. All orders are FINAL SALE. 

WHAT IF MY SECRET CERES ARRIVED CRACKED OR BROKEN?

You can actually put it back together! Simply wet both pieces with lukewarm water and press the pieces together. Smudge the seam with your fingers as if you were modeling clay until the pieces fuse back together. Place the The Secret Ceres upright into a tall empty glass to allow it to dry in place overnight. By morning, it should be sufficiently set and you may use it again. After a repair, handle with extra care.
